There is a quest breaking bug in the "In Wolf's Clothing" quest in the Witcher 3, if you kill morkvarg and select the "finish morkvarg off" option but DONT loot him for the werewolf meat afterward, then he will never drop the werewolf meat again and you cant move on, I have done everything from dialogue to item finding, talked to josta, talked. Ive got to the end of the quest where your supposed to get rid of him and he is hiding out in a cave at the back of the garden.
